License and terms of sale for ZenTheme Pro, sold by ZenTheme Lab.
The license
Buying ZenTheme Pro gives you a license to use the theme on a single Zendesk account. It is a one-time fee, not a subscription: the price you pay includes 1 year of updates and email support from the date of purchase. After that year, the theme keeps working; you just stop receiving new versions and support unless you renew.
Trial before you buy
ZenTheme Pro is distributed through the Zendesk Marketplace, which includes a 14-day free trial. The trial lets you preview the theme in your own Help Center before paying anything; it does not activate the theme live for your visitors.
Refunds
Use the 14-day trial to evaluate the theme before buying. Once ZenTheme Pro has been activated live on your Help Center, the purchase is final and we do not offer refunds.
No warranty
ZenTheme Pro is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ZenTheme Lab is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the theme.
Setup and consulting
Done-for-you setup ($249) and consulting (from $90/h) are separate, one-time services booked directly with us and are not covered by the theme license above.
